Anthony worked with my dad for many years and helped him be his best self whilst living with leukemia. For several decades I’ve had recurring lower back pain. Numerous visits to a range of chiropractors and physios usually gave some relief, but the problems have always returned. Aged 79, I went to Anthony Fong for help. After a series of one-hour appointments with him, the results were excellent. After an initial assessment, he designed a programme tailored for my situation. About 80% of his treatment sessions consisted of specific exercises to improve my flexibility and core strength; 20% was massage targeting particular muscles. I now follow an independent program of 30 exercises - ten per day, taking about 30 minutes each time. Eight months later, my back definitely feels much stronger. I’ve had no pain recurrence, and can confidently say this is due to the exercise regime he developed for me. I definitely recommend Anthony Fong.
