About Anthony Fong Fitness

Anthony Fong - M.Sc., B.B.S., B.A., Cert. Mass.

Anthony brings experience and a passion to Anthony Fong Fitness. Further to graduating from the University of Liverpool with a Masters degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science, Anthony has worked within the health and fitness industry overseas and in New Zealand at the Institute of Sport and Corporate Health.

On his return to New Zealand, Anthony has worked in the sporting arena with the South African Rugby Team, New Zealand Rugby League, Hurricanes Rugby & New Zealand Basketball. Corporate clients include the Northern Club, ASB Bank and New Zealand Sugar.

As a Fitness Advisor and Massage Therapist, Anthony has lectured at Unitec, Auckland University of Technology, the New Zealand Rugby League Academy and Coaching New Zealand.

Supporting and promoting physical exercise in the community, Anthony has developed the Stretch n Flex and Back to Basics Back Care Clinics at the YMCA. In addition, Anthony has been a Convenor of the Ankylosing Spondylitis Arthritis Support Group and a past Board member of the Auckland Arthritis Foundation Executive Committee.

And Ants Fong is a special guest DJ on George FM.

Dickson Ngan

Dickson NganNothing like gaining practical experience, Dickson recently completed his Diploma in Personal Training at AUT and is currently studying for a Degree in Sports also at AUT.

Originally from Hong Kong, Dickson has always had an interest in Martial Arts and more recently focusing on strength & conditioning and nutrition for athletes as well as the corporate warrior.
